Find all the ways you can get involved in hunger relief with ACFB.
Connecting Through Your Corporation
Corporate support is critical for our operations. It’s easy to find a way to connect with ACFB through your company or foundation.
Sponsorships
Consider engaging your marketing department or sales team to support ACFB by sponsoring one of our major events! It’s a terrific opportunity for branding and exposure, as well as unique employee and/or customer experiences. Sponsorship opportunities include annual events like the Hunger Walk/Run, Full Course Golf Classic and Legends of Atlanta Hospitality Roast.
Corporate Foundations
If your company has philanthropic giving or a formal grant making process, please connect our Development office with the appropriate staff. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and can provide a copy of our certification, as well as a W-9 upon request.
Employee Giving
If your company has an employee giving campaign, it may be possible to designate the Atlanta Community Food Bank specifically. Please encourage your colleagues to consider supporting ACFB with a designation.
Corporate Volunteer Projects
Your company may be interested in participating in one of our volunteer projects such as helping in a community garden or sorting and packing food boxes. See our volunteer group opportunities to learn more!
Food and Fund Drives
Many employees thrive on friendly competition between departments to make a meaning difference in the community through food and fund drives. Engaging vendors and customers (both B-to-B and B-to-C) can add to the success of your drive and has the added bonus of helping to build business relationships. Get all the details by visiting our food and fund drives page.
Hunger Walk/Run Team
Form an employee team to fundraise and participate in the 5K Walk/Run through downtown Atlanta each March. This is a great opportunity to develop awareness of the Food Bank, foster team building and engage employees’ families and friends. Learn more about the annual Hunger Walk/Run.
In-Kind Services and Goods
Many companies provide valuable in-kind contributions such as consulting expertise, printing or auction items.
