Better yet, bring in 10 canned goods to a participating Chevy dealership and you'll receive a voucher for a free ticket to the Atlanta Braves/Washington Nationals game on Sept. 14 (while supplies last)! Widespread Panic Concert & "FEEDING PEOPLE THROUGH MUSIC" Food Drive

Widespread Panic concert food drives first began with the fan-based organization Panic Fans for Food. Fans hosted food drives at WP shows from 1999-2007, with the goal of "feeding people through music." The effort generated $70,000 and 13 tons of food in 28 cities and was handed off to the band in early 2008. Since then, WP has been hosting food drives at select shows on their tours. You can support WP’s Feeding People Through Music initiative when the band comes in September! Get more details about the food drive here. Competing teams, lead by architects and engineers, showcase their talents by designing giant sculptures made entirely out of canned and packaged foods. At the close of the exhibitions all of the food used in the structures is donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
