As the Executive Chef and Partner at 5Church Group, Chef Jamie Lynch oversees the operations of all three restaurant locations in Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC and Atlanta. He’s also competing in the current season 14 of Bravo’s Top Chef. Jamie believes in showcasing sustainable, local ingredients rather than overproducing them. In this class he'll demonstrate how to make Indian Spiced Perogies with English pea puree and pea sprouts, Sake-Braised Turnips with red miso emulsion and turnip green puree, Seared Scallops with bok choy kimchi and mushroom dashi, and Peach Tarte Tatin with ginger ice cream. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
