Atlanta native Chef Bruce Logue has made popular Inman Park neighborhood restaurant BoccaLupo into the go-to spot for Italian-American “soul food” cookery. Featuring extruded and rolled, hand-cut pastas, Logue has melded his grandmother’s backyard garden sensibilities with classic techniques. The restaurant menu includes everything from fish, poultry and meat to Logue’s reinterpreted classic Italian desserts. In this class Chef Logue will demonstrate how to make Roman Fried Cauliflower with Meyer Lemon, Capers & Mint, Fregola with Pesto, and Baked Shells stuffed with Ricotta & Ramp Greens. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
