But you’ve decided this season you want to kick your grill game up a notch – a full meal from appetizer to dessert. il Giallo's Chef de Cuisine Parker Jorgensen, a Zagat "30 Under 30" star who has worked with Owner Chef Jamie Adams for many years, is here to help. Parker will teach the class how to make Grilled Artichokes with mint pesto and ricotta salata, Smoked Trout Bruschetta, Grilled Garlic & Rosemary Pork Ribs and Grilled Peach Napoleon with pecan butter cookie. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
