The General Muir has been compared – with good reason – to the Jewish delicatessens of New York City. It’s become a favorite among locals and homesick New Yorkers. Chef Todd Ginsberg, a two-time James Beard Foundation Semifinalist, has a wealth of culinary experience and knowledge. Home cooks often have questions about how to correctly use spices. So for this class, Chef Ginsberg will help class attendees become more knowledgeable and confident with spices by demonstrating how to make Lamb Stew, Rice Pilaf and Zhug Sauce (a Yemenite hot sauce). Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
