As executive chef of Restaurant Eugene, Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins’ celebrated flagship restaurant, Chris Edwards brings more than 17 years of industry experience to the award-winning kitchen. An Atlanta native, Chris is dedicated to empowering local Georgia farmers and allows the season to dictate menu selections at the restaurant, which attendees will experience with this class. He will teach attendees how to make Salt Roasted Beet Salad with pickled carrots and cocoa nib granola, Seared American Red Snapper with oak grown shiitakes and glazed asparagus, and Angel Food Cake with macerated strawberries and whipped Chantilly. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
