It’s time again for a fabulous evening of live old-time radio re-creations, complete with on-stage sound effects and music, presented by numerous Atlanta artists from The Atlanta Union Radio Players. An annual fall fundraiser for the Food Bank, this year Lend Me An Ear is celebrating its "Sweet 16" birthday by highlighting family favorites dealing with those often awkward and difficult adolescent years. Starting off with the 1948 pilot episode of "Father Knows Best," which spent 5 years on radio before moving to television.

Tech Companies & IT departments compete to take a "byte" out of hunger, raising funds to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank. 

This annual August black-tie party put on by the Atlanta Apartment Association benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank and includes live music, dancing, auction, great food and more!

Designed to promote health and fitness among metro-Atlanta companies and their employees, this unique workplace fitness program kicks off with an 8-week Let's Move, Atlanta! training promotion powered by Phidippides and culminates in a downtown 5K Run/Walk at the Georgia World Congress Center! The Food Bank is a benefiting charity of the event, which results in thousands of dollars and pounds of food donated to the Food Bank each year.

Each May, the U.S. Postal Service and the National Association of Letter Carriers join together to “Stamp Out Hunger” and deliver millions of pounds of food to more than 200 Feeding America food banks.

Inspired by scripture from the prophet Isaiah, “to share your food with the hungry”, Atlanta’s Jewish Community holds their metro-wide food drive in the fall of each year during the High Holy Days. 

Outnumber Hunger is an initiative that makes it easy for people to join in the fight against hunger in their own communities.  Specially marked food packages direct consumers to enter codes online at www.OutnumberHunger.com to help Feeding America secure meals for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
