What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than with Irish culinary classics and beer? Chef Chris Hall of Local Three will take a fresh look at traditional Irish cuisine but with a modern spin. He’ll demonstrate how to make Colcannon Salad, Guiness Braised Lamb Shoulder with braised cabbage, and Irish Coffee “Cake.” In honor of St. Patrick's Day, this class will include beer tastings, instead of wine, sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
