It’s time again for a fabulous evening of live old-time radio re-creations, complete with on-stage sound effects and music, presented by more than 30 Atlanta artists from The Atlanta Union Radio Players. This year’s celebration of radio’s past is all about stage and screen and highlights two of radio’s greatest comediennes: Joan Davis and Lucille Ball! Featured shows include The Joan Davis Show, the only existing radio version of I Love Lucy, a movie trailer for Clare Boothe Luce’s famous play The Women, and a humorous Columbia Workshop tale, My Client Curley, about two boys, an agent and a dancing caterpillar. Discounted paid parking is available across the street at the hospital.
