Sobban Korean Southern Diner represents much of what is so great about the Atlanta dining scene – fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared in a way that bridges faraway flavors with the familiarity of the South. Jiyeon brings her Korean heritage and techniques and fuses them with Cody’s influence rooted in foods and traditions of the deep South. Attendees will learn how to make Bibimbop - assortment of vegetables over rice, Korean Style Zucchini Pankcake with sauce, Bulgogi Ssam - sweet beef with lettuce wrap, and Sujunggwa Iced Tea - traditional Korean cinnamon ginger tea. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
