If you are interested in gluten-free and/or allergy-free cooking, this class is for you. Brooklyn will discuss and answer any food allergy questions you may have and Chef Bloom will teach the class how to make Creamy Vidalia Onion Soup with crispy onion rings, Fried Arancini di Riso – risotto balls, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Heaven Bars.
