Attendees will be guided through the pasta making process for a variety of fresh pasta dishes utilizing stuffed, extruded and gnocchi pasta.

The Georgia Society of CPAs, Georgia's top accounting firms and Industry accounting departments are using their one voice to create a friendly food and fund drive competition among Georgia accounting professionals to support the eight regional Georgia Food Banks that comprise the Georgia Food Bank Association.

The Office of the Attorney General, State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division and Georgia Food Bank Association come together each spring for a friendly food and fund drive competition. 

September is Hunger Action Month! Whether it’s volunteering, hosting a food drive or spreading the word of what the Food Bank does, we want you to help us. Join us and 200 Feeding America food banks across the nation to take action against the issue of hunger.

Thousands of walkers and runners come together for this 5K event to raise awareness and funds for hunger relief. Benefits the Food Bank and five local hunger relief organizations.

The Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk & Fitness Program (KPCRW) is the largest workplace-organized health and wellness program in Atlanta starting with Get Active Atlanta!, a free 8-week training program and culminating in a 5K run/walk through downtown Atlanta. The Food Bank is a benefiting charity of the KPCRW, which results in thousands of dollars and pounds of food donated to the Food Bank each year.

During the holiday season, Kroger customers can purchase $1, $3 or $5 icons at the register to help provide food for area families in need.

It’s time again for a fabulous evening of live old-time radio re-creations, complete with on-stage sound effects and music, presented by numerous Atlanta artists from The Atlanta Union Radio Players. This year's theme, "Fall Classics," is dedicated to three autumnal American perennials - Thanksgiving, Election Day and baseball.

Each May, the U.S. Postal Service and the National Association of Letter Carriers join together to “Stamp Out Hunger” and deliver millions of pounds of food to more than 200 Feeding America food banks.

Inspired by scripture from the prophet Isaiah, “to share your food with the hungry”, Atlanta’s Jewish Community holds their metro-wide food drive each year during the High Holy Days.

Outnumber Hunger is an initiative that makes it easy for people to join in the fight against hunger in their own communities.  Specially marked food packages direct consumers to enter codes online at to help Feeding America secure meals for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. 

Each spring, Publix Super Markets customers can donate at the register to provide food for hungry families.  As a token of appreciation, customers making a donation will receive a special Food for Sharing reusable bag. 

Having the right school supplies can mean the difference between a passing or a failing grade. Customers and associates are encouraged to donate $5, $7 or $10 which will be used to purchase much-needed school supplies for local teachers, students and non-profit organizations assisting underserved children.

Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation Atlanta is an elegant black tie optional evening of gourmet food and wine featuring chefs from 50 of Atlanta’s top restaurants, live entertainment and live, silent and wine auctions. 100% of the net proceeds benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matters Georgia, Our House, The Georgia Citizens' Coalition on Hunger, The Georgia Budget & Policy Institute, and the Captain Planet Foundation.
