Making pasta at home can sound intimidating, but there is no substitute for pasta made from scratch. Join a collection of chefs from Fifth Group Restaurants as they share their passion and technique. Attendees will be guided through the pasta making process for a variety of fresh pasta dishes utilizing stuffed, extruded and gnocchi pasta.
