We’re always happy to have Chef Chis Hall back at Simple Abundance. He consistently brings his passion for good food and a wealth of knowledge for our class attendees. This time, he’ll focus on teaching proper braising technique with a variety of products – from vegetables, to protein and dessert. Chef Hall will demonstrate how to make Braised Winter Beets – with orange, yogurt, greens and Za’atar, Braised Beef Short Rib – with gratinée of potato, creamed kale and red wine jus, and Red Wine Braised Pear – with mascarpone, pound cake and walnuts. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
