Escorpion is a regionally inspired Mexican tequila bar and cantina from chef-owner Riccardo Ullio that captures the authentic tastes and ingredients indigenous to Mexico. We’re delighted to welcome Executive Chef Luis and Bryan Sheetz, who will take you on a culinary journey as explore both the food and beverages of Mexico. From salsa to ceviche, tacos to tostadas, Chef Luis will share recipes from different regions as bar manager and mixologist Bryan talks tequila and mezcal.
